Cancellation Policy

Customer may request cancellation at any time providing that the shipment has not picked-up or attempted to be picked-up. If the Customer elects to cancel the service, Customer will receive a refund of monies paid, minus the merchant account fee, within 10 business days of the request. If the Customer requests cancellation after the shipment has been picked up, shipment fees will not be refunded.
